Welcome to Lynkbee!

We built our platform to be powerful, but we also made it incredibly simple. This guide will take you from a fresh account to your first intelligent, analytics-backed link in less time than it takes to brew a cup of coffee.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit our homepage
  2. Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
  3. Choose to sign up with email, Google
  4. Complete your profile setup

Step 2: Create Your First Link

Basic Link Creation

  1. Navigate to your dashboard
  2. Click "Create New Link" or the "+" button
  3. Paste your long URL into the destination field
  4. Optionally add a custom alias (e.g., "summer-sale")
  5. Click "Create Link"
  6. Copy your new short link and start sharing!

Custom Aliases

Nobody remembers a string of random gibberish. Use custom aliases like "spring-sale" or "vip-invite" to keep your branding front and center. It’s cleaner, it looks better, and it builds trust.

Step 3: View Analytics

  1. Click on any link in your dashboard
  2. View real-time click statistics
  3. Check geographic data to see where clicks come from
  4. Review device and browser breakdowns
  5. Analyze referrer sources

Step 4: Organize with Campaigns

Create a Campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns section in your dashboard
  2. Click "New Campaign"
  3. Name your campaign (e.g., "Q1 Product Launch")
  4. Add links to the campaign
  5. View aggregated campaign analytics

Step 5: Advanced Features

Geo-Targeted Redirects

  1. Edit your link settings
  2. Navigate to "Geo-Redirects" section
  3. Add redirect rules for specific countries
  4. Set default destination for other regions
  5. Save and test your redirects

QR Code Generation

  1. Select a link in your dashboard
  2. Click the QR code icon
  3. Preview your QR code
  4. Download as PNG or PDF
  5. Use in print materials or digital campaigns

Link Security

  • Set link expiration dates
  • Add password protection
  • Enable bot detection (automatic)
  • Review security settings in link options

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive aliases: Make links memorable and brandable
  • Organize by campaigns: Group related links for easier management
